need advice - beaded curtain for doorway

ok, i have a really really really (bad???) habit of looking at stuff, not buying it and telling myself I could make it myself... but its not always more cost effective or as pretty :-)

so here is my dilemna.... I want a beaded curtain in fun funky colors to separate the kitchen from the entry way and music room... but... I don't see one I absolutely am in love with... so do I make it myself? and if so... how? buy tons of beads or make them? then how cost effective is that?

or do I keep looking online?

OR do I post on etsy and see if someone else can make it for a reasonable amount of money????

I already bought some "window swag" pieces for the window... which of course I wish I had picked up more when I was in Salt Lake... but those would be a lot more manageable to make myself... although one lady has them cheaper on etsy than I think it would cost me to make...

New Orleans Kitchen

Still working on getting everything done for our New Orleans kitchen... right now working on the artwork for the main wall... new orleans style funky houses across four canvases... thought about taking pics of the old stuff to put up here and then decided I will look to see what is on my pc first and then work on my current painting for a bit tonight instead... can always take pics later right...

We will see how long I can stay with it... will take pics of my latest crap tomorrow (always the procrastinator I am)....
